Former American Apparel employees sue Dov Charney again

Another day, a different action for Dov Charney.

Three former American Apparel employees who will be the CEO for sexual harassment sued , a further complaint filed defamation against Charney and company claims author Kyung Chung.

The lawsuit filed on Tuesday said Irene Morales, Alyssa Ferguson and Tesa Lubāns Dehaven suffered "Emotional distress, invasion of privacy and online impersonation" were created after three fake blogs in their names.

NSFW websites (which are still life) are photos of the prosecutors, e-Mails and text messages allegedly to Dov as well as admissions of blackmail naked.

We considered the site a while ago and couldn't help but note some of the emails really shady and/or look fake.

All three seek damages.
