It looks like American Apparel is finally coming with their crappy financial situation.
The scandal plagued society said in its filing with the SEC on Thursday, "to look voluntary protection under Chapter 11 of US bankruptcy code" if not improved cash flow.
AA added that they can be forced to liquidate if they come with a plan or financing find bankruptcy.
Bummer.
